You
simply draw lines, which the laser traces. Use
different colors (described in the
guidelines page) to
tell the laser whether to cut or etch. When you are
done with your design, tile it for the most optimal
use of the size you have chosen. When optimally
nesting your design you can get lower than ¢25 per
piece. For example, if you design a ring 1"x1", you
can fit 144 of them in a square foot of clear
acrylic that costs $25,
which amounts to less than
¢18 per ring! |
